FULL BODY FRIDAY
Crawling.... it may sound funny or unordinary, but I strongly encourage trying!
Crawling is truly a full body workout! Legs, arms, core, endurance, balance you get it all with crawling!
* focus on slow and steady!
P.S. Do not get discouraged. It took me lots of practice to get where I am now!
